Canva DIY Template Policy
When you purchase a Brand Kit, you will receive a downloadable PDF file with all the instructions, tutorial videos, and Canva template links needed to get you started. Each Canva file template link will be duplicated and added to your account with one single click.
Once the templates are added into your Canva account, it is no longer ours and is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the template. If you make any accidental changes to the template, we cannot come back and reverse them.
A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template sent to you only once:
If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, then you will have to repurchase the template again so we can prepare and send it again.
Your template will come into your account on a free Canva account.
In order to upload a custom font that isn't included in Canva, you will have to upgrade to the paid version of Canva, "Canva Pro".
Support Policy
Your template purchase comes with the following support included, valid 3 months from date of purchase. Any support after this time will be at an extra hourly cost.
I am happy to help you with issues relating to the Canva template itself, technical issues, the install/build, the provided files and any problems that might arise with these.
Unfortunately, I don't have the capacity to help with general Canva related questions, template modifications, design questions/reviews, or any problems you are having with the software.
I offer support via email at alexsardistudio@gmail.com and aim to respond within and we aim to respond within 48 hours Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM EST (2 business days). Please note, this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances
If your support request falls outside of our support policy and need help customizing your brand kit, you can upgrade and hire me!
Refund Policy
Due to the fact that all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the FAQs and requirements prior to purchasing. If you have any template specific questions, please contact us at alexsardistudio@gmail.com before you purchase.
Copyright & Licensing Policies
By purchasing a template, you agree that:
Each template brand kit purchase may be used for one project/business only (One purchase = One client). But you can reuse the templates as many times as you want to within the one project/business.
If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.
You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.
Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. We use free stock photography websites, such as Unsplash and Pexels. You must replace these photographs with your own / source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing / copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.
The design is copyrighted and Alexandra Sardi owns the rights to all designs and files (excluding any photography and fonts) included in your purchase and design.
Your completed brand kit design may be used in our template showcase, blog posts or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.
Miscellaneous Notes
Canva is completely free to use and has a variety of free fonts to choose from, but if you choose to purchase and upload your own fonts, you will need to upgrade to the paid version of Canva, "Canva Pro".
You have lifetime access to the templates, but we can’t guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.
